I also share some real-life tips I actually live by—like keeping your receipts, using paper towels to dry your face to help reduce breakouts, and grabbing pillow protectors if you’ve got allergies or sensitive skin. We also get into the vibes outside: I get ready for a Caribbean bashment night with my girls (simple makeup, sneakers—because I’m trying to dance and not sweat everything off), and I talk about how the night went. I’m always going to be honest about energy and alignment, especially in girl groups—if I feel weird energy, I’m clocking it and protecting my peace. Then I take y’all with me to Whole Foods for my MaryRuth vitamins, try a sweet treat, and share what I grabbed (juices, frozen snacks, and smoothie “bombs”). Basically: home updates, self-care, real moments, and good vibes—with boundaries.
