Using K tape is an effective way to improve pain symptoms for a biceps tendinopathy regardless it be the long and short head tendons) as well as muscle tears. The key is to get the tape stretch correct to facilitate tendon contraction and allow arm movement without the tape restricting or coming off. This doesn’t replace strengthening - it is just to assist in the rehab process and reduce symptoms during the recovery. #taping #biceps #tendinopathy #muscletear Become a member of our You Tube channel to get exclusive content in 'The Physio Rehab Exercise Library' here: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCV40pJjeDHOu_67hEZsgtvw/join Tim Keeley B.Phty, Cred.MDT, APAM Principal Physiotherapist Like this video?
