Band Set Up for Better External Rotation Mobility

If you notice your overhead movement is restricted and you have a loss fo full external rotation at 90 degrees abduction, then this mobility exercise may just be the answer. It's a common problem following shoulder surgery and frozen shoulder and can be one of the main causes of a loss of full overhead range. There are a few ways of doing this, including supine with the power band in different positions.
