Hello YouTube—PC Tech here. In this video I’m basically answering the “where’d you go?” question and laying out what’s next for the channel. The honest version: I got tired of chasing the algorithm, and once it really sank in that I’m probably never going to be a full-time YouTuber, I had to shift my priorities back to the stuff that actually pays the bills. I’ve never been in this for the money anyway—I’ve always just wanted to share what I’m into, whether that’s planted tanks, Fluval kits, aquascapes, or the occasional left-field creative thing. I also talk about why my slower, more effort-heavy videos have kind of “saved” the channel over time. I like making content that’s watchable and still relevant years later—most aquarium products don’t change that fast—and those older videos still bring people in (my Flex 15 unboxing is a perfect example). The big announcement: I’m bringing back my interview/podcast idea, The Water Change Companion. It’ll be less visual and more conversational, and the goal is to build more of a community around the channel. I’ve already got Mike from Mass Aquariums lined up, plus a guest to talk 3D printing for aquarium stuff.
