Ever feel like morning routines are either too intense or completely lazy — with nothing in between? In this video, I’ll take you through my real, balanced summer morning routine. It’s not about doing a million things before breakfast or forcing myself to hustle at 5 a.m. Instead, I wake up early enough to enjoy a quiet sunrise walk, do a simple street workout, feed my mind, and stay mindful of my energy for the day ahead. You’ll see how I combine light exercise, mindful habits, and intermittent fasting to feel good without draining myself by 10 a.m. If you’re tired of unrealistic routines, this might inspire you to find your own calm, balanced way to start the day. ✨ Share in the comments: What’s your ideal summer morning like? 🔔 Don’t forget to subscribe for more slow living and mindful routines. 👉 Follow me on Twitter: https://x.com/hey_nikitsol 👉 Follow me on Instagram: / hey_nikitso1 ✉️ GET IN TOUCH: For inquiries or just to chat, email me at hey.nikitsol@gmail.com. About This Video

In this video, I’m not trying to sell you a “5 a.m. hustle” fantasy or a totally lazy start either. I take you through my real minimalist summer morning routine—the version that feels calm, simple, and actually sustainable. These days I wake up before 6:00 a.m. on purpose: summer gets hot fast, so I like to do the body-focused stuff early, before the sun is too high and the day starts pulling at my attention. I brew a coffee in a paper cup (yes, weird, but I like drinking it on the go) and head out for about a one-hour sunrise walk—around 5 km—either in silence or with my favorite music. Then I do a street workout at my “outdoor gym,” because I quit the indoor gym for the summer. After a shower, I leave space for my mind: a bit of language learning and reading, usually 30–40 minutes depending on the day. I also talk about why I don’t force an ultra-productive morning. Focus burns energy, and if you spend it all before 10 a.m., you’re likely to feel unbalanced later. I stick to intermittent fasting, work for a bit, then eat (usually eggs and sandwiches), plan my day on the balcony, and start the hustle without feeling drained.
