I did the last digital decluttering almost a year ago, and my ecosystem of devices became cluttered with tons of unnecessary tabs, files, bookmarks, saved messages, and other rubbish. I got sick of it and decided to start 2025 with my BIG digital decluttering. In this video, I show my step-by-step process for cleaning my entire digital ecosystem, which consists of my three primary devices: laptop, tablet, and phone. Spoiler: that was tough and exhausting, but I am happy with the result. By the way, let me know what the messiest part of your digital life is. I would love to offer some advice to those of you who are stuck. About This Video

I spend around 10 hours a day in front of screens, so when I skip digital decluttering for a year, my devices turn into a mess of tabs, files, screenshots, saved messages, and random apps I don’t even use. In this video I reset my whole digital ecosystem for 2025 across my three main gadgets: my OnePlus 8 Pro phone, my old HP work laptop, and my iPad (9th gen). The goal isn’t a “perfect” digital life—it’s making my devices less stressful, more functional, and honestly more creative to work with. I walk you through the exact system I use: temporary vs permanent files. Temporary lives on my device storage until I sort it; permanent lives in two places—Notion (my second brain for notes, reference, and knowledge) and Google Drive (work files, YouTube materials, personal docs). Then we go category by category: Google Keep notes into Notion, saved messages in Telegram/Slack, the painful gallery cleanup (screenshots are the enemy), browser tab chaos (including my genuine recommendation: Toby tab manager), Inbox Zero-style email cleanup plus a newsletter-only email hack, app decluttering (6+ months unused = delete), and finally making social media quieter without going radical.
