I unbox and give my first, real-time reaction to Her Majesty by Kilian (yes, y’all are getting the initial spray with me), then I break down the new Eshal Musk by Paris Corner and how close it gets to Kayali Musk 12. I’m not here to hype anything up—I’m here to tell you what’s a hit, what’s mid, and what you can confidently skip. Her Majesty is soft, delicate, feminine, and a little powdery/mature to my nose—sweet but not screaming “peach,” with a soft rose and a touch of green sharpness. I gave it a 7 out the gate, and I also called out the bottle quality because if I’m paying $300, I want pristine. Eshal Musk, though? She’s a 9. Sweet floral musk, easy-wearing, compliment-getting, and honestly very close to Musk 12—just sweeter and more perfumey up top. And then we get into the one y’all came for: Parfums de Marly Athénaïs. I wore it for about three days and it’s a gorgeous, soft, ethereal, orange-blossom-heavy white floral that can feel a little sharp at first, then creamy as it dries down. I want it for collection’s sake, but I’m allergic to full price—she’s getting purchased on sale, period.
