Are you in search of a nourishing and luxurious handmade cold process soap recipe that will leave your skin feeling amazing? Then you've come to the right place! Welcome to our channel! To start, I infused bay leaves oil for several weeks to extract all the natural goodness from the leaves. Then, I added aloe vera and oat milk for their moisturizing and skin-soothing properties in the batter. I even used fresh aloe vera from my indoor plant to make this soap extra special. While I'm new to soap making, I always prioritise safety when handling the lye solution. And after unmolding the soap after 48 hours, I found that it was quite soft. But don't worry, I know that cold process soap needs time to cure properly, usually 4-6 weeks. With this particular one, I will cure it for 6 months, I think, because I have not used hard butters in it! My favourite part of soap making is cutting the loaf into individual bars. It's so satisfying to see the beautiful details on top. So why not join me on this soap making journey and your skin will thank you for it!
