A resume is A LOT of things: It's a marketing document It's a tool you can use to change your life It's a living, breathing document that requires maintenance It's something that should be at its best at ALL times Despite its power and importance, it kills me that most people still view a resume as just that document they pull out every few years when they want to search for a new job.
