"Should you apply for the job if you don't have the experience?" Short answer, yes. Contrary to popular belief, experience isn't the ONLY thing recruiters look for on a resume when deciding whether someone is a good fit. BUT, there are some cases when you should pass on a job if you don't meet the experience qualifications. Ideally, you want to have at least 60-70% of the experience and qualifications hiring managers require. Also, you want to make sure you are familiar with the takes and responsibilities they are requesting. Applying for jobs that you are underqualified for means that you'll experience more rejection than you should. In this video, I'll be teaching you when to bet on yourself when applying for a job. __ Want more career content from me?
