Fun fact about me: I love EVERYTHING Prince. When I was 7, my dad put a tape into the VCR as I played with my Barbie dolls in the living room. I couldn't have predicted that I would become infatuated with the film's lead actor and musician for the rest of my life. To this day, Purple Rain is still my go-to movie to watch for any reason on any day. I mean let's face it, the soundtrack is BOMB, and looking at Prince for over an hour is never something I would turn down. Given that I'm a die-hard Prince fan, it would only make sense that I visit Paisley Park to tour his actual home and studio. In this vlog, see my family and I embark on a day trip to Minneapolis, MN from Chicago, IL to visit Prince's hometown and immerse ourselves in his custom Paisley Park home and studio. There are no pictures, video, or photography allowed. - Tours are conducted in small groups. There were about 10 people in our group. - Be sure to arrive early, as they start checking people in 10 minutes prior to the tour.
