Have you ever found out you’ve been lowballed AFTER accepting a job? Maybe you had a candid discussion with your colleagues. Perhaps some company salary info was leaked. Or you did your own research and discovered how GROSSLY underpaid you were. If this has happened to you, you’re not alone. In a recent survey, only 32% of participants said they felt they were being paid fairly for their job. I really wish that number was higher. I know all too well how it feels to be overworked and underpaid. Unfortunately, I wasn’t privy to the sneaky, secret ways jobs get away with paying new and existing employees less money. Because of this, I missed out on earning thousands of dollars over the course of my career. I don’t want you to fall victim to these traps, which is why I felt compelled to make this video. At some point, I really hope we advance to a society where everyone is paid equitably and fairly for the work they do.
