Happy Vlogmas, y’all! In Vlogmas Day 3, I’m in the kitchen making a quick, cozy chili that honestly looks (and tastes) just like Wendy’s chili. This was one of those “warm and cozy night in” dinners—simple, budget-friendly, and perfect for a cold day. I walked you through exactly what I like to put in my chili: two pounds of ground beef, chopped bell pepper and onion, diced tomatoes, and a mix of chili beans to give it that hearty, comforting feel. The fun part of this video was trying the Kinder chili seasoning packs for the first time. The pack says one per pound, so I used two, and once everything simmered down… oh my gosh, it really did look like the Wendy’s dupe. I served it up hot with crackers (and my son loves grilled cheese with his chili), and when I tell y’all it was a 10 out of 10—recommend. It wasn’t too spicy at all, even with the spicy kidney beans, and it came out so flavorful and satisfying. I also ended with a little Vlogmas encouragement—set those goals for 2026 because we’re almost at the end of the year!
