Hi guys, in this video I’m taking y’all along on a little day trip to the ATL after Chelsea Janae’s vision board party got cancelled. I wasn’t about to let my day be a waste, so I turned it into some much-needed me time and still did a few things that were already on my itinerary. And for those who don’t know, I’m originally from Atlanta—I’m a Grady baby—so it felt good to be back outside in my hometown for the day. One of my main stops was the trending 285 Flea Market (TikTok had me curious). I went in looking for luxury-inspired items because, of course, I can’t afford the real thing right now, so I was on the hunt for a Louis Vuitton-inspired bag and wallet. Y’all… they are very strict about filming in there—even on your phone—and I almost got put out, so I’m sharing what I got once I’m back home instead. I also noticed the same-day grill spots that everybody talks about, and they were definitely busy. To wrap the day up, I tried Lickity Split (another TikTok recommendation) because I was craving southern soul food. I rated it an 8 out of 10—the food was seasoned and delicious, but the service was a little slow. Overall, it was a fun reset kind of day, even with the disappointment at the start.
