Good morning and happy December! In this Morning Chit Chat Live, I’m riding to work in Alabama (and baby, it was about 34–36°… cold cold) and just catching up with y’all like we do. I shared what’s going on at my job—today was Grinch Day, so I ran to Walmart and grabbed a Grinch t-shirt, and our general manager has a whole calendar of festive activities planned for December. I also reminded y’all that I go live Monday through Friday at 4:30 a.m. Central, and it’s a great way for us to talk, check in, and start the day together. We talked a little shopping too—Black Friday/Cyber Monday, and what I still need to pick up: a red blanket for my bed, wrapping paper, and Christmas bags (Ross and TJ Maxx always have the cutest ones). I also told y’all about the homemade chili I made the night before—so good it reminded me of Wendy’s chili—and I filmed it so it’s coming up soon. And of course, I gave a quick update on Vlogmas: Day 2 is dropping at 3:00 p.m. Central as a premiere so we can chat together. I also got real for a minute about how the holidays can be hard—seasonal depression, missing loved ones, and why I try not to isolate.
