Good morning, guys—this video is my little Valentine’s self-care date with me, and yes… I’m doing the most in the sweetest way. I started my day with a much-needed pedicure because it had been a minute, and my feet were looking pretty ripped up. The foot massage felt so good, especially because I deal with swelling and retention from standing a lot, and I even have a heel spur that gets really sore if I sit too long. I know, TMI, but that’s just where I am—and I needed that pampering. After that, I ran into Publix to grab potato salad for dinner, and then we kept the self-care going at home. I shared a haul from the Whatnot auction app (y’all, don’t slip on it) where I won a bid for two boxes of perfume samples—over 50 samples—for about $23. It’s such a good way to test scents on your own skin before you “pull the trigger” on a full bottle, because everybody’s body aura is different. To finish it off, I did a cozy skincare moment with my Fenty Skin Melt and one of my favorite Five Below face masks. My biggest takeaway: whatever self-care looks like for you, take a moment and just do it—especially with all the roles we carry.
