About This Video

Winter arc is officially here, and in this video I’m sharing the habits I’m locking in from December through 2026. For me, winter is naturally slower—more time indoors, more reflection, and more of that “reset” energy—so instead of fighting it, I’m leaning into it. I broke everything down into four categories: wellness, mindset, fitness, and my winter self-care routine, so you can pick and choose what fits your own season. On the wellness side, I’m focusing on hydrating way more (like 3–4 full bottles a day) because it supports my fitness goals, and I’m bringing juicing back to build my immune system—ginger, kale, orange, beet, all of it. I’m also prioritizing warm, cozy, healthy meals and trying new soup recipes (I’m even considering making pho at home for the first time). For mindset, I’m creating slow mornings: no alarm, no phone, no emails, and staying off screens until later in the day. And instead of scrolling, I’m choosing hobbies like crocheting or puzzles. Fitness-wise, I’m training for a January 2026 race using the Runna app, aiming for two runs a week plus strength training to build muscle and support my running. Finally, I’m upping my winter self-care—coconut oil, Cetaphil lotion, Aquaphor, and lots of tea—because my skin gets so dry and I get cold easily with low iron and vitamin D.
