I’m finally back after an unplanned week-long break (trip prep was hectic, you guys know how it is), and this vlog is basically me trying to get my life together after coming home. I’m unpacking and doing a full reset—clearing the entryway, cleaning the kitchen and living room, sweeping and mopping, and yes… finally taking down my Christmas tree even though it’s almost March. I’m also dealing with a really annoying stomach situation that started after the flight back (pain that comes and goes, plus diarrhea—TMI but real), so I’m sipping peppermint tea, debating urgent care, and just trying to take it day by day. I also talk about some real-life logistics of moving back to the East Coast—how expensive everything is near NYC, and why my husband and I are seriously considering selling our car to cut costs like the $250/month garage fee. Food-wise, I’m eating leftover Chipotle (and I’m still defending it depending on what you order), and later I head into the city for a little reset moment—nails, fresh air, and a green juice. I ended up getting a kale juice from Joe & The Juice after seeing our usual Jamba Juice shut down for health violations, which honestly shocked me. By the end, I’m locking back in on my running goals with a 5K and a half marathon coming up—just easing back in because my body is not 100% yet.
