About This Video

I can’t believe I’m finally saying this… I’m opening the Lone Fox retail store, and in this first episode I’m taking you behind the scenes as we start turning a long-time dream into an actual, physical space. I walk you through the very beginning stages—figuring out the vision, talking through early layout concepts, and getting into the space-planning details that will shape how the store functions and feels. This is the part where it’s less “pretty reveal” and more real decision-making, and honestly it’s so exciting (and a little surreal) to see it move from my head to real life. I also share the design direction through material samples and the kinds of details I’m focusing on to make the store feel elevated, warm, and intentional—because I want it to be more than just a place to shop. My goal is to create an experience that feels like stepping into the Lone Fox world, with thoughtful moments around every corner. And since this is a full series, this episode is really about setting the foundation, getting the right team in place, and building the store the same way I approach a makeover: with a clear plan, strong visuals, and a lot of heart.
