In this video I’m doing a February teacher desk reset and declutter because my workspace was officially out of control. Report cards are going home, January felt like a YEAR, and I needed a fresh start ASAP. I clean off my desk, sort the piles that somehow appear overnight, and reset my teacher space so I can actually function during the busiest parts of the day (without digging through stacks of papers). I also update my seating charts and close out January so I can walk into February feeling more organized and a little less frazzled. This is very much real-life teacher chaos mixed with a practical monthly reset—quick decisions, getting rid of what I don’t need, and setting up systems that actually work for me as a third-grade teacher and a mom.
