In this video I demo something that genuinely feels like a workflow shift: Claude Code remote control. I’ve got Claude Code making changes to my local project while I’m controlling the whole session from my mobile phone. The big win here is freedom—you can control local Claude Code sessions from any device using the Claude iOS/Android app, which means you’re not chained to your desk (yes, you can finally go outside and touch grass). I walk you through the setup step by step. You open any project folder (blank or existing), and the key prerequisite is trusting it when you start Claude (“Yes, I trust this folder”). Then you exit and run the command “Claude Remote Control” to get a URL or a QR code. From the Claude mobile app, you go to Code, pick the remote connection, and you can start prompting like you would in the CLI—clarifying questions and permissions included—while files appear live in your local folder. What I really like is that your code stays local on your machine—you don’t need to deploy anything to the cloud just to work from your phone. And on top of that, in the Claude Desktop app you can manage these remote sessions, see the full conversation, and even rename a session so it syncs back to mobile.
