About This Video

If you’re using Claude Code, Cursor, or any agentic coding tool, you’ve basically hired a really strong developer—but you’re still the project manager, QA, and the person holding the whole vision together. In this video, I show you how I stopped doing everything myself and instead set up an AI-powered software company using Paperclip. Paperclip isn’t “an agent” on its own—it’s a framework that lets you bring your own agents (CEO, CTO, engineering lead, frontend/backend, QA, security, DevOps, even marketing) and run them like a real org where the CEO delegates work and team leads manage sub-agents. I walk through getting Paperclip running locally and then deploying it properly on a VPS so it can run 24/7. I also show how to authenticate Claude Code inside the Docker container, how to bootstrap your company (I build a simple SaaS idea called Prompt Vault), and how to configure agents: models, instructions, budgets, reporting lines, and custom skills from skills.sh. Finally, I hook the whole thing into a GitHub repo using deploy keys so the AI team can commit, push, and even create pull requests—like an actual SDLC. My take: this stuff is stupidly impressive, but I still recommend keeping human oversight and verifying code before you ship to production.
