Wretched Workbench Wheels Replaced

Everything in my small workshop is on wheels and the item that is moved the most is my workbench, often it only needs to be nudged a few inches one way or another to allow another machine in or out or to give a better perspective for filming videos. The wheels I have almost ALWAYS "engage themselves" with just a small bit of movement because of the way they are designed.
