Most people jump into Logic Pro and just accept the default look—myself included. In this video, I show you the hidden View settings that let you make Logic feel like it’s actually built for how you work. We go through the different tabs inside Logic Pro > Settings > View (General, Tracks, Mixer, Editors) and I walk you through the exact tweaks that instantly make your workspace cleaner, clearer, and more comfortable—especially if you’re staring at this DAW every day. I cover things like switching between Light/Dark/System appearance (I’m a dark mode guy—light is just too bright for me), turning on Large Local Window Menus so right‑click menus aren’t tiny, and setting your regions to follow track colors so you can see what’s going on without extra key commands. I also show how to customize the Tracks background and grid lines (or even remove grid lines—bananas), plus a Mixer setting that controls whether plugins auto-open when you insert them (useful, but it can get annoying fast). And finally, I show my favorite one: Long Faders—make sure you’re updated to Logic Pro 11.2 so you can actually enable it.
