On a family reunion to Catalina island, off the coast of California, USA, I went for a couple nights of metal detecting. I'm talking 11pm-2am hunts. I love hunting in the dark! No sunburn, nobody stopping you to ask if you've ever found anything nice, nobody mocking you for looking for gold, even if you have found it... haha. This time, I found a nice silver ring and a set of earrings. I have not been able to figure out what gemstone is in the silver ring, but it is definitely an older silver ring, based on the stamp saying ster instead of 925. For this hunt, I used the Garrett Ace 250, coupled with my White's Bullseye TRX. I'm hoping that soon I'll be able to get a Tesoro Sand Shark or better so I can go in the water :) Thank you for watching! Don't forget to subscribe if you haven't already...
