The cost, versatility, compactness, and the research I did ahead of time caused me to buy a DetectorPro Underwater. This was my first time metal detecting with it. I got it as a Christmas present. I bought it on eBay for $360. Brand new, they retail for over $600. I noticed after posting this video initially that it was a bit choppy. Windows Movie Maker caused a flicker when it saved it. This new upload is the same video without the flicker, so if you've seen this video before, please enjoy it again without the flicker :) The fix? Taking off the vibration reduction option on the video. Within this video, I'm filming with a SJ4000, using a DetectorPro Underwater, and scuba diving no more than 20 feet. I start off in the deeper end and work my way toward the beach. I was fully expecting to find jewelry because I had every time previous to this trip to Catalina. Catalina Island has always brought me great surprises! Don't forget to comment below whether you like shorter metal detecting videos or the longer, more adventurous videos. Thanks!
