मैंने Docker में Orthanc deploy करने के लिए docker-compose और orthanc.json—दो files use की हैं। Compose में Orthanc container के साथ MySQL 5.7 container भी run कराया और ports 8042 (UI) और 4242 (DICOM) map किए। फिर बस folder में जाकर "docker compose up -d" चलाते ही पूरा setup up हो जाता है।

Orthanc में 8042 और 4242 port का क्या काम है?

8042 port Orthanc का web UI access करने के लिए है, यानी browser से login करके Explorer 2 खोलने के लिए। 4242 DICOM communication वाला port है, जहां modalities (CT/MRI/X-Ray) PACS को data push/pull करती हैं। मेरे setup में यही PACS data sending/receiving का main port है।

Orthanc में SQLite की जगह MySQL database क्यों use करें?

By default Orthanc SQLite use करता है, लेकिन जब modalities ज्यादा हों और cases लगातार push हो रहे हों, तो SQLite में slowness और lag feel हो सकता है। इसीलिए मैंने MySQL database configure किया ताकि setup ज्यादा reliable हो और data access fast हो। Long-term storage और performance के हिसाब से ये बेहतर रहता है।

orthanc.json file में कौन-कौन सी important settings होती हैं?

मेरे हिसाब से सबसे important हैं storage/indexing directories, storage compression, UI selection (Explorer 2), authentication/users, और DICOM AETitle/port। मैंने compression true रखा ताकि storage जल्दी भर न जाए। साथ ही remote access allow किया ताकि browser से किसी भी PC पर access कर सकूं।

Orthanc Explorer 2 UI क्या है और legacy UI से क्या फर्क है?

Orthanc में दो UI मिलते हैं—पुराना legacy UI और नया Explorer 2। मैंने JSON में Explorer 2 को default enable किया ताकि deploy होते ही वही open हो। जरूरत पड़े तो UI के अंदर से legacy UI पर switch करने का option भी मिलता है।

DICOM modalities को Orthanc से कैसे connect करें (push/pull)?

मैंने Orthanc JSON में modalities add कीं और modalities side पर भी Orthanc का AETitle, IP और port (4242) add करना पड़ता है—दोनों तरफ configuration जरूरी है। इसके बाद modalities status green tick में दिखती है। आप case को pull भी कर सकते हैं और modalities से PACS पर push भी करा सकते हैं।

Orthanc में OHIF viewer कैसे use होता है?

Orthanc UI के अंदर integrated OHIF viewer मिलता है जो doctors के लिए बहुत useful है। मैं study खोलकर सीधे browser में DICOM images view कर सकता हूं और measurement, annotation, zoom, multi-view जैसे tools use कर सकता हूं। वहीं से MPR या 3D rendering भी run हो जाती है।
