In this video I’m comparing Honda’s OEM seat options for the 2025 Honda Rebel 1100—specifically the stock seat cushion vs Honda’s OEM Comfort Seat. I ordered the comfort seat right alongside my bike because I’ve had bad experiences in the past (my old 2019 Rebel 300 seat was absolutely horrible), and I wanted to see if spending about a hundred bucks actually makes a difference. I break down the cushioning, the shape changes, and the little cutaways on the comfort seat that you don’t get on the stock one. I also show how both seats look on the bike and how they change my rider position at six feet tall on the Rebel 1100T. The stock seat honestly isn’t uncomfortable, but on longer rides—right around that 30-minute mark on my commute—I start feeling pressure in my tailbone. The comfort seat gives you more padding and pushes you up a bit and slightly forward, but that extra cushion in the back can also press on my tailbone depending on where I’m sitting and even what pants I’m wearing. I wrap up with a quick talk on other options like Mustang and Corbin, and why I’m cautious about tailbone comfort before dropping more money.
