After months of research and waiting, Cassie and I finally brought home our second bike for the channel: the 2025 Indian Super Scout. In this video I do an initial walk-around and first-ride impressions, because I’ve only got about 80 miles on it so far—so this isn’t a full review yet. I go over the touring-focused stuff that made the Super Scout make sense for us: the quick-release windshield, passenger pad (and a backrest on the way), and the bags that honestly hold a lot more than my Rebel bags. I also talk through the Limited + Tech package that comes standard here—Ride Command and keyless ignition—and why I’m a big fan of the matte black paint and the overall fit and finish. On the ride, I explain the big question: why I chose the Super Scout over the 101 Scout even though I walked in expecting to buy the 101. For me it came down to comfort and riding stance—these bars felt better, and the windshield wind protection is a game-changer for motovlogging compared to my Rebel setup. I also cover the smooth 1250 SpeedPlus motor, wide gearing, ride modes, and the belt drive (no more “150-year-old chain technology”). Stock exhaust sounds decent but looks like a big cannon, so I’m already eyeing options like Vance & Hines and Tab. Bottom line: it’s expensive, but the build quality and touring readiness are why I think we made the right choice.
