Grandstream GWN7806P/GWN7806 48-Port Switches

In this video I take a look at the #Grandstream GWN7806P and the GWN7806 48-port switches. The GWN7806P is the PoE version of the switch while the GWN7806 is the non-PoE version. These are 2 switches that I purchased a few months ago for my home network to replace 3 TP-Link switches that I have been using in my rack over the last 6 years. Besides consolidating switches, one big reason for getting new switches is to have 10G SFP+ interfaces. These switches have 6 SFP+ interfaces! Many 48-port switches only have 4 SFP+ interfaces, but I appreciate the fact that there are a few 48-port switches on the market with 6 SFP+ interfaces. I was planing to get an aggregation switch with 2.5G and 10G interfaces for about the same price as both of the Grandstream switches combined. However, I now have plenty of 10G interfaces so I do not have an immediate need for an aggregation switch. After connecting the 2 48-port switches together, I am left with 10 SFP+ interfaces for my devices. I'm currently using 7 of those interfaces so I still have a couple left for future expansion.
