EnGenius sent me two of their cloud managed wireless access points to try out: ECW130 and ECW220. The EnGenius cloud managed APs are intended for medium to enterprise businesses but you may use them for your home networks as well. In this video, I do a brief unboxing and demonstrate 2 ways to add the APs to an EnGenius cloud account. Then I do some quick speed tests to get a general idea of performance for each AP. Once the APs are set up in the cloud account, they will still function without Internet connectivity. The cloud account is only needed for the initial configuration, updates to the configuration, or monitoring the APs.
