About This Video

Hey guys, in this video I reviewed the Juzear x Z Reviews Defiant (my bad if I say “Zaza” in the intro) and I also did a bonus mini review of the Divinus Prism wide bore velvet tips. Huge thanks to HiFiGo for sending the Defiant in, but everything you’re about to read is still my own opinion. I go over what you get in the box, the case, the stock cable (which I actually like a lot visually with the rainbow shell), and then I spend time on comfort because fit is honestly the main thing with any IEM. Sound-wise, the Defiant is a warm, super easy daily-driver kind of tuning and for under $100 it’s genuinely one of the best “variety of genres” picks I’ve tried. Bass is sub-bass focused with a nice rumble, but the mid-bass can feel a bit lacking depending on your music. Mids are surprisingly well done for both male and female vocals (J-pop sounds great), and treble is crisp and airy—just don’t expect extra shimmer if you’re a treble head. I also compare it to the Simgot EW300 (which I personally prefer for its mid-bass, smaller shell, and slightly better treble), and I quickly list other similarly priced options like RT10 Pro, Letshuoer S08, and GQeel GK20. Finally, I cover the Divinus Prism tips: same sound idea as the Velvet wide bore, but with more grip and a smoother treble depending on the IEM and fit.
