My mindset on how to think about and set goals over the years have changed a lot and I wanted to share that with you today. Setting a Theme for the New Year (At the Beginning & At the End) In 2021, I got the Artist of Life Workbook created by YouTuber name Lavendaire. She is an amazing YouTuber, and I love her mission in building your dream life. I couldn’t keep up with the workbook, but one of the biggest takeaways I got from it was setting a theme for the new year. I believe setting a theme for the year at the beginning helps build a great road map on how the year should go. I also think it is important to rename the theme at the end of the year since most people remember the year as a whole. How to Think About Goals Goals are interesting. Because we always hear, “are your goals” “do you have a goal in mind for the future” “what is your goal in life”? And sometimes it gets pretty overwhelming when you feel that you have not met your goals, but vice versa feel great when you do meet them. So how should you think about goals? I watched a lot of YouTube videos and read a lot of books, and my perception about goals changed a bit and I would like to share my thoughts on how I think about goals.
