I was going through a tough time overthinking what content I should post, and realized that I just need to create and have fun. I had a great friend give me advice and another friend asking for advice. We are all just figuring it out and trying out best. Why not just have fun with it right? Here are my thoughts dumped into a video. I started recording in my room, but when I finish, I thought it would be better to record in the empty room instead. SORRY! Hope you still enjoy it haha. Much love friends, thanks for all the support. 0:00 if you are thinking about it 0:14 don't need a fancy background 0:43 creating is hard 2:02 why are you creating 3:28 creating should be fun 4:39 purpose/goal/niche 5:57 i believe in you! 🎥 MY CAMERA GEAR FOR THE TRIP: My Main Camera Body: https://amzn.to/4bDB9ul Super Wide Lens 16mm-35mm: https://amzn.to/458AQpg Vlogging Mic: https://amzn.to/4e2Td2D Camera Bag: https://amzn.to/3KoZbgM Pro Mist Filter: https://amzn.to/3VnLEMX iPhone 15 Pro Max 📸 LETS CONNECT: Always down to make new connections: IG: @hibryanle TikTok: @hibryanle Email: hibryanle@gmail.com

About This Video

In this video I’m basically talking to the version of me that was stuck in analysis paralysis—overthinking what I should post, what “fits” my channel, and what the algorithm would want. Creating felt hard, but honestly it was only hard because I was being really hard on myself. I even switched rooms mid-recording (sorry lol) because I wanted to prove the point: you don’t need a fancy background to start. An empty room, an iPhone, whatever—you can still make something. A big turning point was asking a super simple question my friend Jerry reminded me of: why are you making content? Is it for views, followers, education, sharing, or just to create? When I looked back at the videos I was actually proud of—dance, travel, matcha/coffee shorts—I realized those were the ones that felt like me. They were fun, and that’s what makes it sustainable. YouTube is a long game, and I want to make stuff I’ll be happy to rewatch later. My main takeaways: keep your purpose and goal simple, make it fun, and don’t stress that your niche has to be perfect on day one. Your content will evolve (like Pokémon), but you have to start pedaling first to get momentum. If you’re nervous, this is your sign: just start creating. I believe in you.
