In today’s video, I’m sharing the YSL bags I’d personally never buy — aka the ones I think are the worst and ugliest (in my opinion). This is part one of a two-part series, and I’m focusing on the “avoid” list: bags that feel overrated, too slouchy, too puffy, or just not worth the price tag. And just to be super clear (because I know this can be spicy): these are my opinions only. If you love any of these bags, you absolutely rock it — don’t let me stop you. I talk through why certain popular styles don’t read “luxury” to me, especially anything that’s overly puffy, looks messy, or feels like it’ll lose structure over time. I cover the YSL Loulou (I’m not into the puffer look), the iCare Maxi (too big, too loud, and insanely priced in Australia), the College bag (messy with a flimsy-looking handle), the Jaime (looks like a deflated, tackier Chanel vibe), and the Nappa Puffer (literally gives puffer jacket).
