About This Video

Chromebooks are a lot more than “just a web browser,” and in this webinar I walk through the built-in features that can make a real difference for teachers and students. I start with general Chromebook resources (including models and helpful apps) and then dig into accessibility tools that support all learners—not as “special” add-ons, but as everyday options that can help everyone be more successful. From there I cover practical classroom workflows: annotating and editing PDFs, using the Chromebook camera for photos, video, and even quick GIF-style creations, and using the built-in screen capture and recording tools for screencasts and student explanations. I also show how features like multiple desks can keep you organized, how offline access helps when Wi‑Fi is spotty, and how Android apps can extend what a Chromebook can do. To wrap up, I share some of my favorite touchpad gestures and keyboard shortcuts (the little things that save you time every day), and I finish with a look at AI tools that can assist with common tasks. If you want all the links and examples in one place, I’ve put the full resource doc together for you.
