In this Wellness Diaries vlog, I’m taking you through a full reset-style week: getting back into my routine after a little mini trip, doing a Whole Foods grocery run, and actually sitting down to create a workout schedule I can stick to. I share my Apple Watch stats (calories, workout minutes, steps), why I’m bumping my Move goal up to 500, and how I’m trying to close my rings more consistently. I’m also being real about feeling bloated on my period, putting on a little weight after getting back from Korea, and how diet + consistency is literally the only thing that’s going to change that. Workout-wise, I’m mixing cardio back in with weight training because cardio helped lean me out at the beginning of my fitness journey. I break down my StairMaster approach and my favorite HIIT treadmill intervals (30 seconds on/30 off, then 45 on/15 off), plus how I use cardio days to hit 10,000 steps. For meal prep, I show my easy oatmeal base for the first 3 days (rolled oats, vanilla protein, a tiny bit of chia, unsweetened vanilla almond milk, and zero-calorie caramel syrup) and how I track calories using the free Lifesum app. And of course, I’m still me—so I’m sharing my fragrance of the day (Ellis Brooklyn Miami Nectar or Prada Paradoxe) because I love smelling good even at the gym.
