I’m finally back in NYC after our two-week honeymoon (Japan + Korea) and this vlog is basically me trying to get my life together again. I start off in full “post-trip chaos” mode—unpacking, cleaning up the apartment, laundry, and mentally preparing myself to go back to the gym after being in bed for days. I talk about how I approached food on vacation (no restricting, because what fun is that on your honeymoon), the little scale panic moment, and my summer goal of staying consistent as I head into turning 30. I take you with me through a light “getting back into it” gym day (weighted stretches, pull-ups, abs, a few basics, and an hour on the treadmill), plus a quick Whole Foods haul with my current favorite snacks. I also get into some NYC reality—like the very unglamorous “tea” about my gym’s steam room situation—and then I try to romanticize my life a little with a cute outfit and a warm Central Park walk. That said, I end up leaving early because I genuinely felt like someone was following me, which is one of those things I do not miss about being back in the city.
