Welcome back to my Wellness Diaries—this week is all about me getting back into my routine after slacking for a couple months (especially after Korea). I’m being super honest about the weight fluctuations too: I stopped weighing myself every single day because it became a weird morning routine, but I can feel when my weight slips—like when my boobs get bigger and my tops start feeling tight. Right now I’m hovering around the low 130s, and because I’m short, a few pounds really does make a difference on me, so I’m locked back in. I’m sharing what my workouts actually look like lately: more weightlifting (especially upper body) because I love how a defined back makes your waist look smaller, plus legs/glutes to help round and lift my butt. I talk through my cardio reset too—bringing back incline walking, mixing in StairMaster and the bike, and trying to close my Apple Watch rings again. The biggest takeaway though is diet: I personally cannot work out a bad diet, and my crutch is sugar (and having zero concept of moderation). I’m also adjusting portions, cutting down alcohol to social occasions, and keeping it realistic with NYC summer life, gym fits, scents, and the little habits that actually make me stay consistent.
