I start the day getting ready to head out in an all-Amazon gym fit (yes, with my sweat belt on even though it can make me look chunky). I also talk about waking up earlier again and how I can literally see it on my face when I’ve been going to bed too late, so I’m trying to get back to a better sleep routine. Food-wise, this is a simple what-I-eat-in-a-day that’s actually doable. For lunch, I make one of my go-to meals: tuna mixed with a little mayo, red onion (I usually prefer shallots), and Trader Joe’s seasonings, plus purple rice and Korean cucumbers on the side. Then I unbox and test a new ghd flat iron they sent over—this one’s supposed to be upgraded for frizz and heat protection, and I love how sleek it looks (it even comes with a silicone heat cover). For dinner, I keep it balanced with chicken, broccoli with garlic, more purple rice, and pesto, plus my favorite Health-Ade kombucha flavor (watermelon). I end the night making fragrant OOLI tea with honey because I have a sweet tooth, and that’s basically the full day.
