This vlog is basically a full NYC weekend reset with a little bit of everything: NYFW, lash clients, wellness, beauty, and me being extremely opinionated about fragrance (as always). I’m getting ready for a Fashion Week party (I’m honestly not a huge NYFW girl, but I’ll pop out for a cute event), doing a simple clean makeup moment, and picking a light, clean fragrance combo—Bal d’Afrique mixed with Rose of No Man’s Land. And yes, I said what I said: I’m not worried about “choking people out” with perfume in a crowded room. On the wellness side, I’m back on my celery juice era with my new juicer, and I talk through how little juice you actually get (juicing humbles you), how I store it, and why I drink it plain. I also take you with me to the gym and share my thoughts on Alani—like I used to be obsessed, but I’ve been more cautious because pre-workout can make me feel way too “whacked out,” especially if I’m already anxious. We also do a very real catch-up: period fatigue, getting back into my fitness routine, and my biggest takeaway—weight loss isn’t complicated, it’s discipline (and I’m holding myself accountable). Then we’re out in the city: Central Park picnic vibes, Sweetgreen orders, and a full Emily in Paris rant because Mindy and Emily truly get on my last nerve… but the Rome storyline had me giggling and kicking my feet.
