Happy weekend vlog vibes. In this video I’m taking you with me for a little NYC reset—starting with a solo walk to Central Park because the weather finally cooled down after that two-week heat wave. I packed my Lululemon belt bag (literally perfect for errands), threw on my Gentle Monster sunnies, and just walked it out because I was feeling bloated and needed fresh air. Central Park is so beautiful, but I’m not going to lie—it’s also very easy to get lost, so I stayed around the parts I know (and yes, I talked about the Gossip Girl fountain moment). Then we get into a closet clean-out because I’m trying to stop keeping pieces that don’t flatter my body type. I’m passing along Zara and Aritzia items I never reach for—like the striped tops that make my chest look like a bullseye, jeans that make me feel self-conscious, and viral leather pants that were way too big. I also meal prep with you: Costco chicken breast (my go-to for bulk), a very heavily-seasoned pan sear, and garlicky long green beans. I shred my chicken because that’s the only way I really enjoy it, portion everything with a food scale, and share my tea routine (my favorite is O’sulloc, especially the fragrant Earl Grey and Tangerine Blossom). We end the vlog getting ready for Broadway—Aladdin—with my Korea jacket, Chanel ballet flats, and a Dossier perfume dupe.
