Happy Saturday vlog energy. I started my weekend getting ready for the gym (yes, I wear makeup to the gym), talking through little beauty things like thinning my brows and why I’m debating repurchasing my One/Size powder—because I’m literally powdering my face way more often lately and I want the best value. When I got home, I opened the cutest PR from Tower 28: their new Get Set Pressed Powder. The packaging is adorable, it comes with tiny reusable puffs, and I’m excited because I needed a new powder anyway. I also gave you a real life check-in: I turned 28 on the 28th, kept my birthday super chill, and honestly didn’t want a lot of attention this year. I did a cute café date at WatchHouse with my friend, and she surprised me with a dream fragrance—Parfums de Marly Delina (I wanted Delina Exclusif, but the OG is so good). For my actual birthday, we stayed in, did errands, got Sushi 35 West omakase at home, and I had my favorite chocolate martinis. In the middle of all that, I did a FaceTime-style GRWM, packed my makeup bag, and talked about my goals for 28—getting more focused, refining my style, restarting my Wellness Diaries, and figuring out what I actually want career-wise. Also… quick rant: the gym would be so much more peaceful without creepy men.
