In this video I tested the JNH (J&H) Lifestyles 2 person infrared home sauna to see if it’s actually the best home sauna you can buy on Amazon. I break the whole experience into the four parts I care about most: unboxing (it shows up in a massive wooden crate), the full step-by-step build, the features, and then a real sauna test after using it daily for a week. It’s hemlock wood, it uses seven carbon-fiber infrared heater panels around you (including below the bench), and the setup ended up being way simpler than you’d think. For assembly, I carried everything down to my basement and built it out with tongue-and-groove panels and a surprisingly small amount of hardware—about an hour total and roughly 22 screws. Feature-wise it stays pretty minimal but premium: simple control panel (max 140°F), Bluetooth speakers, ambient lighting, vents, and a quality glass door that seals when you close it. I also tested heat-up time with a temp gun and found you should expect about 5–10 minutes for it to feel fully “maxed out,” with the panels pushing up around 190°F. My only real con was a few splinters from fresh wood, but they include a sander—so overall, I’d still recommend it if you want an easy, ready-to-go sauna at home.
