After that I break down the controls and the 20 auto massage modes, plus the advanced settings where you can pick techniques like kneading/knocking/rubbing/slap and adjust intensity, width, speed, and which areas get worked. I test a few modes (like Ancient and Thai), show the automatic shoulder detection, and demo both levels of zero gravity. My biggest takeaway is how customizable this chair is—you can change settings mid-massage until it feels perfect. The main downside is moving it (you’ll want a second person), and if you’re over about 6’4” it may not be ideal, but at 5’11” it fit me great.
