In this video I showed you how to swap any cryptocurrency on a decentralized wallet, using Trust Wallet as my practical example. The goal is simple: once you understand the process here, you can apply the same knowledge on any DeFi wallet out there. I started with my USDT balance and explained what “swap” really means—converting one token to another on the same chain. In my case, I was swapping BEP20 USDT on the Binance chain to ICE token, also on the Binance chain. I walked you through the exact steps: click Swap, pick your “from” token and “to” token, then set your slippage tolerance. I used 0.5% slippage because higher slippage can push the transaction faster, but the downside is you can get charged more. After that, you approve the token (smart contract approval), wait a few seconds for the blockchain to process, then confirm the swap. I also told you what to watch: minimum you’ll receive, provider fee, and network fee, plus the fact that swaps can show as pending and you may need to refresh. Finally, I clarified the key rule—swap is same-chain; if you’re on Ethereum, you swap to Ethereum tokens, and bridging is a different topic entirely.
