In this video, I show you exactly how I fixed the Facebook “Not Recommendable” / recommendation suspension on my own profile. When Facebook puts you in that status, it simply means they won’t suggest your profile to new users, and even your friends may need to scroll longer before they see your posts. That’s why your reach suddenly drops and it feels like you’re creating content but almost nobody is seeing it. I walk you through how to check your recommendation status in two ways: from your profile dashboard where it shows “profile not eligible,” and the traditional route through the three dots → Profile status → Recommendations. Once you find the enforcement (like “your profile is not authentic”), I show the step-by-step fix: Confirm Identity → Request Review → upload a clear government ID photo (no screenshots, no photocopies), with good lighting and all four corners visible. I also share the crucial tip: delete anything that may have triggered the restriction before you submit your appeal. In my case, after about 24 hours, I got the notification that my profile was being recommended again—and I show proof, including the recommendation badge coming back.
