Despite our family and friends being against our decision, we embarked on a two-year journey to completely restructure it and give it a new life. I apologise for the poor quality footage; at the time, I didn't plan to create a diary tracking the progress of the changes. The videos were shot with an old phone that didn't have a high-quality camera, and despite my efforts to stabilise the image and export it well, the result is what it is.
