About This Video

In this spring slow-living vlog, I’m in full “tiny jungle” mode. My neighbour gave me a pothos cutting (and even some olive branches from their pruned tree), and I’m honestly so happy seeing that little sprout grow. Since I started using fertilizer and purified water, my plants look much better—my strelitzia even has three new leaves. But I also share a real struggle: my dracaena is dying, the roots were soft and wet, and I think I overwatered it… my heart aches because I couldn’t take care of it properly. I also keep transforming my home, little by little. I regret a bit furnishing everything in white—colors bring more joy to life—so after swapping my white carpet for a green one, I changed the chairs too. Green is my favorite colour (though terracotta almost won), and I love how chic and elegant this design looks in the space. And of course, we cook: I make a cozy spring pasta with asparagus that’s perfect for Sunday lunch or even Easter. I’ll walk you through my tips (like saving asparagus ends for broth and using a piping bag to fill lumacconi), and then I bake a lemon cake for a small at-home presentation with friends—same base as my orange cake, but with a mango cream twist that pairs perfectly with lemon.
