In today's episode, I will show you some small pleasures in life, from taking a shower and unboxing online shopping from Zara and Mango, to baking banana bread and cooking pasta with clams. Banana Bread recipe: - 4 ripe bananas - 120g butter - 2 eggs - a pinch of salt - 100g flour - 100g crushed walnuts - 120g sugar - 6g baking powder - cinnamon (amount to taste) In a bowl, whisk the sugar and butter together. Then add the eggs, a pinch of salt, and the baking powder. Whisk everything well. Next, add the crushed bananas and mix thoroughly. After that, add the flour and walnuts. Pour the mixture into a buttered and floured pan, and bake it at 180°C for about 50 minutes. Pasta with clams recipe: - 250g spaghetti - 500g clams (adjust quantity based on preference) - garlic, to taste (usually 2-3 cloves) - 50ml white wine - Salt and pepper, to taste - Olive oil - fresh parsley (optional, for garnish) Add the spaghetti to the salted boiling water, and once they are cooked, pour them into the clam sauce. For the clam sauce: Sauté the garlic in olive oil until fragrant, then add the clams and cook them until they open. Pour in the white wine, add pepper, and cover the pan. The sauce is ready when it has reduced and the alcohol has evaporated.
